Meet Nicolette
You can heal. I can help.
Hi, I’m Nicolette (Niki). I am a registered dietitian nutritionist. I have a passion for gut health, functional nutrition, and helping women mend their relationship with food and their bodies.
Many years ago I was diagnosed with IBS and left in the dark to figure out how to manage symptoms. If you’re anything like me, you have also had a lot of trial and error, confusion, isolation, frustration, expensive supplements, and failed doctors visits, medications, and elimination dieting. Now I want to help you overcome your digestive issues.
We work together to find the root cause of the problem so you can heal and thrive. I find joy helping women take control of their health and confidently make choices to support their best self.

Personally:
I live in Rhode Island with my husband, Dale, two daughters, Lily and Zoey, and our dog, Oliver.
I have been a vegetarian since I was 5 years old, stemming from a love for animals.
Some of my favorite foods are black bean burritos and vegetable nime chow (but who can really choose favorites?!)
I love being outdoors, hiking, swimming, gardening, and traveling.
